These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made by consumers through our online store.
2. ORDERS
When you place an order with SHAPE REGIME, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Please check your order confirmation and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where we are unable to fulfil it, including in cases of stock availability or obvious technical or pricing errors, subject to applicable consumer law.
3. PRICES
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your market and include VAT where required by applicable law.
Any delivery costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
The total amount payable will be shown at checkout before your order is confirmed.
4. PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your country or market.
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers.
For physical goods, payment will be captured in accordance with applicable law and the payment method selected.
5. DELIVERY
We deliver to the countries and regions available for selection at checkout.
Available delivery methods, delivery costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to order processing, product availability, carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where SHAPE REGIME operates a dedicated local online store, customers may be directed to the appropriate store for their country or market.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When purchasing online as a consumer, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, beginning on the day you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly that you wish to withdraw from the purchase within the 14-day period.

After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Products must be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If a product has been handled beyond this, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value.
Certain statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply, including qualifying sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
Your statutory rights regarding faulty or defective products are not affected.
7. REFUNDS
Where you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund payments in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Where required by law, standard outbound delivery costs will also be refunded. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option may not be refundable.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, where permitted by applicable law.
8. CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS
Products that are customised or personalised specifically for you are not eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal.
This includes, for example, TagOn™ products produced with a custom name, number, logo, company, club, event or individual design.
Once production of a customised order has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, defective or does not correspond to the order you placed.
9. FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Consumers purchasing from SHAPE REGIME have the statutory rights provided by applicable consumer law.
For purchases governed by Danish consumer law, you have a two-year legal right to complain about defects covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
SHAPE REGIME®, SHAPES®, TagOn™, Molecular Fragrance™ and other SHAPE REGIME names, designs, graphics and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Content from this website may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission from SHAPE REGIME Global Distribution ApS.

12. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms & Conditions and purchases made through our online store are governed by Danish law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you in your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
