What comes with a pair?

Which footwear are SHAPES® for?
SHAPES® are designed for all types of footwear - from running shoes, sneakers, football boots and basketball shoes to padel shoes, golf shoes, ice hockey skates, ski boots, riding boots and more.

Do SHAPES® cover the full shoe?
No. SHAPES® are intentionally designed for the forefoot - the part of the footwear where shape and structure matter most.
The ultra-flexible design sits inside the front of the footwear without filling the entire shoe, making the same system suitable across everything from sneakers and football boots to skates and ski boots.
How do I choose my size?
Choose your SHAPE REGIME size based on your shoe size.
SHAPES® are available in S, M, L and XL. Check our size guide to find the right size for your footwear.
Can I mix colours and sizes?
Yes. You can choose different sizes, SHAPE colours and TagOn™ finishes for the different footwear in your rotation.
How do I use SHAPE REGIME?
When your footwear comes off, insert your SHAPES®.
Leave them in until you are ready to wear your footwear again.

How many pairs of SHAPES® do I need?
That depends on your footwear rotation.
You can move one pair of SHAPES® between footwear of the same size, but the ritual is simplest when the footwear you use regularly has its own pair.

What does the Molecular Fragrance™ do?
Our Molecular Fragrance™ sticks combine carefully selected aromatic notes with malodor-neutralizing technology to help control unwanted odor while releasing freshness inside your footwear.
The sticks work together with the SHAPE REGIME Plug-In and are designed to be replaced every 4–6 weeks.
How long does the fragrance last?
Each pair of Molecular Fragrance™ sticks is designed to last approximately 4–6 weeks.
What happens when the fragrance runs out?
Keep your SHAPES® and simply replace the Molecular Fragrance™ sticks.
Remove the used sticks, insert a fresh pair and continue your ritual.

Can I buy fragrance refills separately?
Yes. Molecular Fragrance™ refills are available separately.
Keep your SHAPES®, Plug-Ins and TagOns™ and simply replace the sticks approximately every 4–6 weeks.

Can I use SHAPES® without the fragrance sticks?
Yes. SHAPES® can be used without the Molecular Fragrance™ sticks.
The fragrance sticks add the refreshing and malodor-control part of the SHAPE REGIME experience.

Yes. SHAPE REGIME is built as a fragrance platform, allowing you to change your Molecular Fragrance™ without changing your SHAPES®.
As new fragrances become available, simply choose the one that fits you.
What is TagOn™?
TagOn™ is the finishing part of the SHAPE REGIME system - and the part that makes it yours.
It clicks into the back of each SHAPE®, locks the Plug-In in place and gives your pair its individual identity.
Can I replace my TagOn™?
Yes. TagOn™ is interchangeable, so you can change the look without replacing your SHAPES®.
What are SHAPES® made from?
SHAPES® are made from 100% recycled polypropylene (PP) and are designed to be washable and used again and again.
Can I wash my SHAPES®?
Yes. SHAPES® are washable and designed for repeated use.
Remove the TagOn™, Plug-In and Molecular Fragrance™ sticks before washing.
How long do SHAPES® last?
SHAPES® are engineered for long-term, repeated use.
Unlike the Molecular Fragrance™ sticks, which are replaced every 4–6 weeks, the SHAPES® themselves are designed to stay with you and be used again and again.

SHAPES® are made in Portugal.
Our production partner operates a modern manufacturing facility where SHAPE REGIME components are produced and assembled.
Do I need to buy anything else to get started?
No.
Your first pair comes ready to use with SHAPES®, Plug-Ins, TagOns™ and Molecular Fragrance™ sticks.
When the fragrance is finished, simply replace the sticks.
Can I return my SHAPES®?
Yes, as long as the original doypack remains sealed and intact.
SHAPE REGIME is supplied in sealed packaging for direct use inside footwear. Once the doypack has been opened and the seal broken, the product cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or defective.
