Here you can read about our trading and delivery conditions, which apply to purchases of goods on https://shaperegime.com/. When you shop with us, all transactions are subject to Danish law. Therefore, any disputes are settled by the ordinary Danish courts.

  1. OUR TRADING TERMS

2.1. Our trading terms ("Trading Terms") apply to our delivery of our goods to you when you order/purchase a product on our website.

2.2. We encourage you to read our Trading Terms carefully before placing an order with us.

2.3. We may make changes and updates to the Trading Terms from time to time with effect for your future purchases on our website. Therefore, you will be asked to accept our Trading Terms each time you shop with us.

2.4. If you do not accept our Trading Terms, you cannot order goods on our website.

2.5. An updated version of the Trading Terms is always available on our website.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

3.1. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) including 25% VAT and other taxes/charges, but excluding postage and handling fees.

3.2. The total price that you must pay for your product(s), including any shipping and charges/fees for payment by credit card, will be calculated before you complete your order.

3.2.1 The shipping cost associated with placing an order below 499 DKK on the webshop is 29 DKK.

3.3. Your shipping costs vary depending on the type of delivery chosen/offered for delivery of the relevant product. You will be informed of the shipping costs before you complete your order.

3.4. Your payment for your product(s) is made when you complete your order. If we need to send the product to you, we will only withdraw the money when we send the product from our warehouse to you.

  1. PAYMENT METHODS

4.1. You can pay with Visa/Dankort, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, MobilePay, and Klarna.

4.2. You can also pay with our gift cards. However, you can only use one gift card per order.

4.3. We accept payment with Anyday. With Anyday, you can split your payment. You pay the first installment when the product is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the following 3 months. Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time. With Anyday, you get an account that you can use with all webshops that offer payment through Anyday. 5. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as convenient and hassle-free as possible, which is why we offer fast and reliable delivery to our customers.

Please see below for our delivery options and estimated delivery times:

Denmark: We use DAO as our delivery provider for orders within Denmark, and you can expect your order to be delivered within 1-2 days from the date of dispatch. Please note that dispatch times may vary depending on product availability and order processing times.

Sweden: For orders to Sweden, we use PostNord as our delivery provider, and you can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 days from the date of dispatch.

Germany: We use DHL as our delivery provider for orders to Germany, and you can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 days from the date of dispatch.

Holland: Orders to Holland are delivered by UPS, and you can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit.

For international orders, please note that any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. RETURNS
