Is Shape Regime a secure site?
Our site is completely secure, and you should have no concerns with safety. All credit card information is transmitted over a secure connection thanks to Shopify.
Shipping - Do you ship internationally?
We are based in Denmark and do not control any duties/taxes
that may occur to your package. The customer will therefore be responsible for
paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs polices vary from
country to country (outside the EU) please contact your local customs office
for further information.

How do I know that my order is placed and being processed?
You will receive a confirmation mail after you place your order. That way, you will know that we have received your order and are processing it.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a Track and Trace number upon shipment. The shipment is delivered by DAO.
I placed the wrong order – What do I do?
If you have placed the wrong order, you can always try to send us an e-mail, and we can cancel your order. However, we pack until 4 pm CET on weekdays, so if you place a wrong order after 4 pm, your order has already been shipped, meaning you, unfortunately, must wait until you receive the order and return it to us.
I have received the wrong order – What do I do?
If you have received the wrong order, please contact us, and inform us about it with order order number and name. You must then return the order and place a new one.
My order has not arrived yet – can you tell me where is it?
You will receive a tracking number upon shipment so you can follow and locate your package. You are also welcome to contact us, and we can track your order for you.
My order was not at the parcel shop I was supposed to pick it up from – What should I do?
If your order is not at the parcel shop, it is because the maximum days allowed to keep your package have expired, and your package is on its way back to us. You can place a new order and you will receive your refund upon the return of the package.
How do I return my order?
If you want to return an order, please send us a request at info@shaperegime.com with your order number, and we will send you a return label. You must ensure that the products are properly packed and that they are in the same conditions as they were received when returning them.
The product(s) I received are broken/defect – What do I do?
If the products you have received suffer from a defect or are broken, please contact our customer service at info@shaperegime.com to address the issue and send a picture of the products that are defect, then we will take an decision together what to do going forward. If you can already ascertain the defect at the time the carrier delivers the order, you should refuse to receive the product.
What is your return policy?
You have the right to cancel the agreement of a purchase without justification within 14 days of the date on which you have come in physical possession of the products. Furthermore, the products must be in the same condition as when you received it. We offer free returns on the product(s) within 14 days.
What is your refund policy?
When the order is received and checked at our warehouse the refund process starts and it will take maximum 30 days to get your money back.
